Take time to enjoy our Fitness Centre, Pool and Group Fitness Classes. Our Child Minding Team will provide a safe and fun environment for your child to enjoy, while you work towards your personal fitness goals. This service is available for children aged 3 months to 5 years and it is FREE!
Parents/guardians and their preschool-aged children (6 months to 6 years old) can relax and play in our therapy pool. Pool depth: 3 feet, 8 inches. Small toys are available.
Open Swim is an unstructured activity that lets you and your entire family stay active together. This program adds variety, cardiovascular fitness, and fun to your family’s fitness routine. Sessions are included with your YMCA membership. Community members can also access these sessions through the purchase of YMCA day passes.
A program for families to come and enjoy a game of table tennis together.
KinderGym is a fun-filled playful movement program designed for you and your toddler or preschooler. KinderGym will help children develop general motor skills including jumping, rolling, balancing, and basic coordination.
Children’s Corner is a member program for children ages 0-5 to play and learn while parent connect with other parents.
A program for families to come and enjoy a game of badminton together.
The gymnasium will be open for families to drop-in and play! Recreation equipment is available, please ask membership desk.
