The Irving Oil Field House is the place to be for nonstop sports, recreation and cultural activities four seasons of the year. This includes 2 indoor soccer fields, a 200m track, badminton courts, multipurpose rooms, and a fitness center.

A state-of-the-art facility, this complex will provide program opportunities and attract multi-sport bookings with the potential to reach more than 250,000 people per year.

Estimated Traffic

  • The majority of the audience is 6-40 Years of age.

    Child/youth/adult Sports Teams.

    • In addition to local clubs several large tournaments and events have been hosted for provincial and national organizations. Currently averaging about 14 major events a year and growing.
    • Weekly rentals run Monday – Friday from 5pm – 11pm and on weekends from 8am – 10pm. This includes 20-30 different user groups a week. Seeing 400-600 people during the weeknights and 1000+ on the weekends
    • Year-round we have on average 8-10 birthday parties a week.
    • 2,000+ people through the facility during special event bookings. At least one major special event booked per month.
    • There are 75 childcare spots and 30 after-school spots for children. Meaning those parents and grandparents are accessing the facility daily.

The following pages describe some of the exciting advertising opportunities that are currently available inside the Irving Oil Field House.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Prices are based on usable design being provided by the client. We are happy to provide the graphics design work needed at an additional cost of $65.00 per hour.

The Irving Oil Field House reserves the right to decline or request edits to signage that contains anything deemed offensive, are contrary to our brand, or create any conflict.

A production cost of $150 applies to the first year of a 3-year advertising contract. This fee is waived for 5-year contracts.

Advertising design, if required, will be a supplementary fee negotiated between the advertiser and YMCA ($65 per hour). All designs/photos need to be submitted in the highest resolution available (e.g. high-resolution JPG, PNG with transparency, and vector files, such as EPS, AI, or SVG). A proof will be sent prior to final printing for approval.

Any term booked will require the advertiser to sign a contract.
