International Cooking Class – Japanese Cuisine

Would you like to enjoy a multi-national experience right here in Saint John? Join us for a special evening dedicated to Japanese cuisine, where you’ll learn to prepare authentic dishes with our guest chef, Yuko Elman.
This hands-on cooking class will guide you through traditional Japanese recipes, techniques, and flavours. From preparation to presentation, you’ll gain practical skills and cultural insights into Japanese cooking. At the end of the session, you’ll get to taste and enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve created.
