AquaFit is a great way to get fitness benefits and improve your circulation without stressing your joints. By pushing against the resistance of water, you can adapt each session to your own level of fitness. It is a great way to add variety to your fitness program.

Invigorate your mind and body with this athletic workout which will lengthen and strengthen you.

Combining yoga and Pilates fundamentals, Group Centergy at the YMCA will help you improve your balance, mobility, and flexibility, and strengthen your core.

Group Centergy is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.

Work all of your muscles in this high repetition training workout.

Strength training is essential to staying healthy, and Group Power at the YMCA can be adapted to just about everyone’s fitness level. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and your body weight, you will combine squats, lunges, presses and curls to make you fitter and stronger.

Group Power is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.

This class is designed for anyone starting a fitness program and for active older adults (50+). It includes weights and flexibility.

A fun fitness class that challenges your core and helps you build strength.

CycleFit gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. Working those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart.

Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for individuals of all ages and experiences.

Rediscover and improve your strength, balance, and flexibility through yoga. YMCA Yoga classes will help you relax your mind while gently challenging, stretching, and relaxing your muscles. Don’t worry if you’re not flexible: yoga is safe and healthy for a wide range of body types. You’ll soon notice a stronger, more balanced body and an increase in your overall feeling of health and vitality.

Feel and experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussions of this new and unique high-energy dance rhythmical workout. Power Beats combines movement with the power of drumming. It’s a workout for the entire body as well as a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental balance.

Helps older adults stay healthy, active, and mobile. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance, and fitness are the most important activities that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chance of falling. This class requires advance registration.

Improve your cardio fitness, burn calories and shape and strengthen your lower body with Group Ride at the YMCA.

A thrilling 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors, you will roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish. Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for individuals of all ages and experiences.

Add some variety to your workout! YMCA High-Intensity Interval Training offers an efficient workout for your entire body, keeping you sharp and motivated by changing the speed and frequency of your activity.

The physical and mental benefits of exercise decline once the body adapts to the same old routine. Interval training is designed to keep changing things up, varying your heart rate and challenging your body to work differently. By preventing your body from settling into a routine, you are less likely to plateau physically and more likely to stay motivated.

Interval training includes segments of cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility exercises combined with brief periods of recovery. Agility, balance and coordination exercises may also be incorporated.

This 30-minute class will work on your strength, stamina, flexibility, and coordination – the widest range of member needs.

Achieve new depths in yoga postures, deeper ranges of motion or an increased flow of energy by focusing on the deeper tissues of the body in this unique approach to yoga. Designed to increase flexibility, postures will be held for four to six minutes, allowing participants to relax into each posture and find their inner peace.

Let’s Dance Rumba is an activity based mainly on combined dance where a wide variety of choreographies are performed that include songs and movements that adapt to different musical styles in the same class, alternating soft, energetic and fun movements to enjoy doing exercises, improving your health, elasticity, endurance, balance and coordination, it is suitable for all ages.

Zumba® +12 – Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
