Fitness Centre Services

Exercise the spirit, mind, and body in an unintimidating environment at the YMCA. Consultations are included and encouraged with your membership. If you want more, we offer Nutritional Services and Personal Training as other options. Whatever your goal is we can help with the right mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility. Now is the time to challenge yourself in a safe and motivating setting that is inclusive to everyone!

Complimentary Orientations Offered

This complimentary one-hour Orientation with a YMCA certified Fitness Coach, will introduce you to our cardiovascular and strength training equipment and get you started on achieving your goals. The orientation is done in a group setting up to 4 people in a group. Workout clothing and athletic footwear is necessary.

Take the best years of your life and make it better. This complimentary one-hour Orientation with a YMCA certified Fitness Coach will go through a safe full body program. The program emphasizes aerobic, balance, and flexibility training to enhance functional ability and prevent falls.

Our Youth Fitness Orientation teaches teens (ages 12-13) how to work out safely and effectively within the Y Fitness Center. Youth Fitness Orientations introduce basic anatomy, exercise concepts and guidelines, gym etiquette and safety practices. Must always have parental supervision in the Fitness Center.

Our Teen Fitness Orientation teaches teens (ages 14-15) how to work out safely and effectively within the Y Fitness Center. Teen Fitness Orientations introduce basic anatomy, exercise concepts and guidelines, gym etiquette and safety practices. Teens will learn the importance of safety in the weight room, courtesy using machines, and respect for physical limitations. Once teens have successfully completed the program, they will be able to work out in the Fitness Center without parental supervision.
