SSELT Information Session | Wood Manufacturing

Join us for an information session that will teach you about career opportunities in wood manufacturing through Newcomer Connections programming.

The information session will be held in Classroom 35 of the Annex Building at the University of New Brunswick’s Saint John campus.

About the SSELT Wood Manufacturing Program

  • This is a professional training course offered in partnership with Working NB and the Wood Manufacturing Council.
  • It includes 8 weeks of Employment Language training, employment training, workplace essential skills training, on-site practical carpentry instruction with Red Seal carpenters, and a 10-week work placement.
  • Successful students will receive a certificate from the Wood Manufacturing Council.
