March Break Youth Sports Conditioning Camp

This fun youth program delivered in a small group setting that develops both health and skill-related components of sports conditioning to spark a lifelong interest in physical activity to complement sport. These 40-minute sessions will be led by Certified Personal Trainer & Sports Conditioning Coach Todd MacQueen.

Please note that the completion of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and screening is required prior to participation.

Junior Teen Camp (Ages 12 – 14)

Dates: March 1 – 5
Times: 9:10 AM – 10:00 AM

Senior Teen Camp (Ages 15 – 17)

Dates: March 1 – 5
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 11:00 AM – 11:50 AM
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:10 AM – 11:00 AM

Location: Irving Oil Field House

Cost: $89 + tax for members, $99 + tax for non-members
