Learn to Nordic Walk | December 11, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Nordic walking is one of the fastest-growing activities to promote health and wellbeing for a lifetime. Nordic Walking offers something for everyone, it can be used for a gentle walk to increase regular activity and keep limber and it can also be a very athletic activity to promote high-level fitness similar to running or cycling.
This introductory course will give you a good understanding of the proper mechanics of using Nordic walking poles to activate muscles of both the lower body and the upper body.
