Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Waitlists are automatically generated for programs that are full.

Pay in full or schedule automatic payments while registering online. Application for financial assistance can be made during online registration.

To be eligible for specific programs, as long as a camper’s birthday in the 2025 calendar year is for the minimum age requirement (ie birthday isn’t until after the preferred program has ended) the camper will still be able to register for the program. Ex. Camper born in 2015 but doesn’t turn 10 until Fall 2025 will still be able to register and attend Junior Explorer.

Camp Glenburn Cancellation Policy

A deposit, ($50.00 for Little Voyagers and Adventurers, $125.00 for Discoverer, $150 for Explorer, 2-week Leadership and $250.00 for Leadership Canoe and 3-week Leadership) is required for each Camp Glenburn program and for each camper that is registering. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance of fees is refundable if a medical note is provided by a physician or if a cancellation is made 21 days prior to the first day of the program. Refunds are not provided for homesickness or inappropriate behaviour.

All payments must be finalized on or before June 17, 2025. If registration occurs within the week before the session begins, full payment at the time of registration is required.

Should we need to cancel camps due to COVID-19 restrictions or should COVID-19 restrictions prohibit your camper from attending Camp Glenburn, we will issue full refunds. We want you to be able to plan your summer with confidence that we continue to have the best interest of your children in mind.
